VTX Case.JPG

Introduction

This simple video transmitter case houses the 400mw & 800mw 1.2G Tx's found at many RC sellers. One such seller is ReadyMadeRC.com. These transmitters come enclosed in a very heavy aluminum heat-sink case which can be discarded.

Simply cut a rectangle in the wing or fuse foam and glue the case in so the cover is flush. Tap the corner holes for a 2mm screw and you are ready to go. You can also add a pair of lightweight 22mm square heat-sinks (see picture) which only add about 8g.
